Artists of the Conference “Around the fire” – Paulo Tuna

Born in 1976 at Vila Real de Trás-os-Montes located in north of Portugal.

Lives and works in Caldas da Rainha, where he made his bachelor's degree in sculpture and degree in Visual Arts at the Art and Design School ESAD.CR. He has worked as an artist and sculptor since 1998 with regular exhibitions, represented in private and public collections in Portugal. International participations at monumental sculpture symposiums in China, Italy, Turkey and Brazil.

In the present days performs functions as technician of the metal and sculpture department in ESAD.CR and works as knife maker. In 2012 he design and produced 100 knives for NOMA restaurant in Denmark considered today the best restaurant in the world.
