Artists of FHT 2016 – Martin Stefanek

Our special guest this year will be Martin Stefanek – the master of unique glassworking techniques.

Martin Stefanek (born 1969) – the owner of “Martin Stefanek Glass Studio” in Desna in the Czech Republic. A perfectionist, in his works he follows the Venetian design. He graduated from the School of Glass Craft in Zelazny Bor in the Czech Republic. He has worked in a few glassworks and has taken part in many art festivals. He was a visiting artist of Festival of High Temperatures in 2013, 2014, 2015. His works have been shown during exhibitions in the Czech Republic, Poland, France and China.
